You will be undertaking a journey to meet the great Sheila-na- gig to receive useful information and insights regarding yourself and your direction in life. After being introduced, through guided meditation and sjhamanic journeying, you will have the opportunity to receive the wisdom of this most insightful and wisest of Goddesses. Sheila stands at the exit and the entrance and she can help you shift out of old patterns of behviour and thinking which can be self destructive/defeating into new beginnings and positive creative action! You will receive great gifts and have the opportunity to bring forth these visions or wisdom into tangible form creatively using an array of exiting materials that will be made aavailable to you on this day!
